Hello everyone!  Today I’m here to make an announcement about a small little membership initiative that I have put in place for the members of Nebraska DeMolay up until Conclave.  For those of you who were not at Round Up this year I had made this announcement at the end of the degrees on Sunday.

So what exactly is this new membership initiative?  Well I always get told by advisors and DeMolay members alike that I care too much about my hair and I’m not going to lie, sometimes I do.  After talking with our Executive Officer Kevin Grazier, I have decided to give the guys some small incentive to get new members initiated into the organization.

The top three members who have initiated the most new members during the term (From Conclave to Conclave) will be able to shave my very own head at some point during Conclave.  I may already regret saying and agreeing to this little challenge, but I hope that it will inspire our members to bring in their friends with my own personal suffering as a reward.

Thank you again to all who participated in Round Up this year.  It was definitely a huge success.  I hope to see you all again at Conclave in July!
